Hello, so glad you are here! My aim is to help you live your healthiest, happiest life in life and love. It can be challenging to figure out how to work through this on your own and I am here to create the roadmap for you. I want to empower you with the knowledge, skills and tools. This is to help you take the next steps, to work through set backs, and keep moving forward. I create a warm and compassionate environment to create the safety and comfort for you to be vulnerable and authentic. 

I bring a wealth of experience working in crisis and mental health for the past 13 years. For 7 years of them, I have worked as a therapist specializing in relationships, family support, grief, anxiety, depression and adjustment and transition. I hold a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology. I am a Certified Conscious Uncoupling™ Coach who has been personally trained and mentored by creator Katherine Woodward Thomas, M.A., MFT. Katherine Woodard Thomas who is internationally acclaimed, New York Best Selling Author and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

My approach to therapy

I work best with individuals who have a desire to change and grow during the counselling process. I work to create a safe environment that will encourage making positive changes that supports you to create a healthy and meaningful life you desire. I work with individuals who are from diverse background, and LBTGQ allied.I use a holistic, collaborative, and strength based approach. I use an integrative approach using therapeutic techniques including Emotion Focused Therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness Based Therapies. Individuals are unique, and together, will adapt counselling treatment plan to match your needs. Outside of coaching and counselling, I have a wide range of interests including getting out into nature, yoga, zumba, meditation, reading, listening to webinars/podcasts, attending shows/events, and hanging out with family and friends.
